Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in office coordination, workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or administrative operations.
  • •Experience managing vendors and processing invoices, purchase orders, or similar operational workflows.
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and follow through from request to resolution.
  • •Experience coordinating office events, employee programming, facilities needs, or new hire onboarding logistics.
