Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the integrity of Digital Platforms and Products within the Business Rewards online booking tool and Business Account.
  • •Review and triage incoming product queries from business units, external organisations, or customers.
  • •Develop reports that provide insights on trends and opportunities to inform the product development roadmap.
  • •Investigate, track, and resolve technical product and software issues, including raising and managing defects and solution documentation.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day operations with relevant squads by ensuring newly delivered products work correctly in a production environment.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years using global distribution systems (GDS) technology, preferably Amadeus; Sabre or Travelport experience is desirable.
  • •5+ years working in the travel industry in a digital or operations support role.
  • •2+ years of experience working with digital products and agile ways of working.
  • •Experience with IATA fares and ticketing I and II, and familiarity with fares and ticketing procedures (fare displays, pricing, availability, PNR creation/management, and ticketing/PNR servicing).
  • •Strong autonomy to identify problems, provide recommendations, and resolve technical product/software issues, including defect management and documentation.
