Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment/receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and assist with shipment processing and product flow.
  • •Support budgets/expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities while enabling a safe work environment and efficient stockroom standards.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to work constant movement in and around all areas of the store.
  • •Lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds, and safely lift/bend/kneel/climb/crawl/twist including ladder use.
