Job Summary

Own the design and delivery of MES customizations and extensions within the Opcenter layer, and architect and harden the Teamcenter ↔ Opcenter integration. Serve as the senior technical anchor for an offshore team by setting coding standards, reviewing code, mentoring developers, and managing CI/CD for releases. Tackle event-driven, effectivity-aware synchronization so engineering changes propagate reliably to live work orders and the shop floor builds to the latest definitions.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build Opcenter customizations and extensions across the data model, Functional Blocks, Signal Rules, Business Process Flows, Task Types, and model-driven UI with upgrade-safe practices.
•Develop operator-facing experiences in Mendix and implement server-side logic in C#/.NET when low-code is not sufficient.
•Architect and harden the Teamcenter ↔ Opcenter integration, including incremental/delta synchronization for engineering changes and effectivity handling with efficient event-driven patterns.
•Mentor and technically lead the India development team by establishing standards, running code reviews, and guiding engineering best practices.
•Own the CI/CD pipeline for MES customizations (source control, automated build/test/deploy, packaging/promotions, testing/quality gates, and release management).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
•Hands-on Siemens Opcenter Execution experience building customizations/extensions in model-driven environments (data model, Functional Blocks, Signal Rules, Business Process Flows, model-driven UI).
•Proficiency in Mendix (Studio Pro; microflows/nanoflows; custom widgets/mashups) in an Opcenter/manufacturing context.
•Strong C#/.NET engineering for server-side extensions and integration services; familiarity with Visual Studio, Entity Framework, and OData/REST.
•Proven CI/CD ownership and technical leadership experience (Git-based source control, automated build/test/deploy pipelines, mentoring, and code reviews).
