Key Responsibilities

•Recruit, onboard, and coach a diverse team of BDRs, preparing them for future promotion into Account Executive roles.
•Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the French market, turning raw research and cold outreach into high-value revenue pipeline.
•Define monthly objectives, design creative team incentives, and cultivate a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
•Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to optimize campaign follow-ups, refine processes, and maximize productivity.
•Track, analyze, and regularly report on lead quality, quantity, and revenue impact to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•French and English fluency is essential
•Proven track record of over-achieving quotas in software sales (CRM or Enterprise Applications preferred)
•Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing a sales team
•Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with ability to inspire a team
