Sales Support Representative - Waterworks

Support sales associates by helping customers find the right Waterworks products and solutions. Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and handle inbound sales calls to resolve questions and concerns. Use CRM and the phone system effectively, and complete training in both the warehouse and at the sales counter while transitioning across yard, counter, and administrative duties as needed.
