Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a point of contact for branch Profit Protection issues and escalate as required.
  • •Mitigate risks of malicious harm to Partners and Customers.
  • •Manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite.
  • •Address shrinkage including external/internal dishonesty, procedural failure, and administrative error.
  • •De-escalate conflict situations professionally, including detaining or banning offenders when required, and support investigations as needed.

Salary: GBP 31,900 - 43,200 annually
