Job Summary

Lead Visa Consulting and Analytics engagements for UK & Ireland clients in the payments domain. Oversee high-quality consultancy delivery, manage internal and external project teams, and own project budgets while contributing to consulting sales and delivery targets. Partner with account management to understand client objectives, identify opportunities, develop project approaches, and deliver analytics solutions alongside Data Science. Grow thought leadership and strengthen Visa client relationships through data, innovation, and payment expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee consulting activities and deliver high-quality consultancy engagements for clients in the UK & I Cluster.
•Manage internal and external project team members and take responsibility for project budgets.
•Lead and manage delivery of consultancy engagements and projects using appropriate internal/external staff.
•Manage delivery of analytics solutions and data insights in partnership with the Data Science team.
•Develop thought leadership and strengthen Visa Consulting relationships while supporting practice development.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in retail banking and/or the payment card industry and/or merchant retail business.
•5-10 years of experience in management consulting with proven project delivery and consulting methodology expertise.
•Project experience in a digital and technology-driven environment.
•Strong analytical skills and high intellectual capability.
•Excellent client relationship management skills, including at senior executive level.
