Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor daily applications and infrastructure for a region, ensuring operational excellence.
  • •Coordinate with global and local teams to resolve incidents, improve operations, and provide feedback to application architects on availability, resiliency, and performance.
  • •Own application performance and work with customers on improvement plans; lead the “crisis room” with technical teams during emergencies.
  • •Serve as the first and single point of contact for customer infrastructure/application issues and manage escalations.
  • •Partner with local CTOs and application architects on cost improvement measures, oversee financial relationships, and support decommissioning processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid IT background with operational experience in application and/or infrastructure environments, ensuring service continuity and production stability.
  • •Proficiency in cloud technologies, including containerization, cloud-native architectures, and cloud migration strategies.
  • •Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and supporting Agile transformation initiatives.
  • •Strong data analysis and reporting skills to turn operational data into actionable insights.
  • •Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) with the ability to coordinate across teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
