Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete building repairs, equipment installation, and troubleshooting, including unforeseen repairs, in a timely fashion.
  • •Follow good manufacturing practices for inventory maintenance, preventative maintenance, good housekeeping, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • •Clean and lubricate mechanical components such as shafts, bearing, gears, and other machinery parts.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair machinery including extruders, mixers, conveyors, and metal detectors.
  • •Install and maintain pipe systems and hydraulic steam/pneumatic equipment, and repair/replace gauges, valves, and related controls.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience (prior food manufacturing facility experience preferred).

  • •State of Minnesota First or Second Class B Boiler license desired; BUM/FAST program (or equivalent) highly desired.
