Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a Zscaler SME for customers and lead large, complex ZIA/ZPA deployments.
  • •Architect, design, implement, and optimize Zscaler solutions and take technical ownership of delivery projects.
  • •Lead solution validation and identify technical gaps/risks; develop HLDs/LLDs, runbooks, and implementation/migration/rollback plans.
  • •Lead production migration, rollout activities, and cutover troubleshooting for complex Zscaler, network, application, and identity issues.
  • •Run technical workshops and knowledge transfer, and support presales activities (solution design, POCs, and Statements of Work).

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in cybersecurity, network security, or secure access technologies.
  • •4+ years of hands-on Zscaler experience, particularly ZIA and ZPA.
  • •Experience delivering large-scale Zscaler deployments supporting ~50,000+ users/endpoints, including HA, resiliency, and DR.
  • •Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, routing, BGP, OSPF, DNS, NAT, VPN, proxy, firewalls, SSL/TLS).
  • •Knowledge of enterprise identity technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID, SAML, SSO, SCIM, MFA) and technical leadership in complex enterprise environments.
