Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate manufacturing and/or packaging line(s) to ensure maximum production quantity and quality during an 8- or 12-hour shift.
  • •Tend systems that process chemical substances into industrial or consumer products.
  • •Load materials, control equipment/feed sequences, and monitor gauges/signals/recorders to make operating adjustments.
  • •Draw product samples for quality control analysis and respond to quality notifications.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate; trade school certification in electronics or related field is a plus.
  • •Able to read, write, and comprehend documents in English.
  • •Able to lift up to 74 lbs repeatedly throughout the work shift.
  • •Able to understand, analyze, and resolve technical problems in the work area.
  • •Must be able to operate a forklift and pass a Sika proficiency test (reading comprehension and math).
