Job Summary

Lead AI integration across CPX systems and processes as an individual contributor and strategic thought partner. Own an AI use-case catalogue, define and improve processes for generative AI and autonomous agents, and formalize intake workflows for agentic solutions. Partner with Business Technology and InfoSec to ensure secure-by-default adoption and lifecycle management, while monitoring AI spend, ROI, and measurement frameworks. Provide mentorship and technical oversight to distributed AI Champions without formal people management.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide AI enablement across CPX, transitioning from tactical execution to scalable, department-wide strategic leadership.
•Maintain a catalogue of AI use cases across CPX functions and convert team ideas into standard operational workflows.
•Define and continuously improve internal utilization processes for generative AI, autonomous agents, and machine-assisted development workflows.
•Collaborate with CPX teams to identify, prioritize, and formalize intake workflows for a continuous pipeline of agentic solutions.
•Own AI technology spend and ROI measurement frameworks, including cost metrics versus output volume, and lead structured pilots using a 30-60-90 day roadmap.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
•8+ years of progressive experience in business operations, technology program management, customer operations (CS/Services/Support), or digital transformation.
•Recognized subject matter expert in AI tooling and workflow system adoption within a SaaS environment.
•Proven experience in vendor management, software procurement processes, and technology budget oversight.
•Direct experience leveraging AI investments across platforms such as Claude, Gong, NotebookLM, Gemini, Workato (or similar enterprise tools).
