Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload grain products and agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using machinery.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, loosening hardware, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses.
  • •Control and monitor load-out functions and operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment for seeps and leaks, lubrication, and completing required records.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, perform grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and promptly report safety concerns, repairs, and customer complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet the minimum age requirement.
  • •1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
