Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain expertise in the EMEA channel ecosystem, with emphasis on the UK market and key Western/Northern European markets.
  • •Equip and localise global partner campaigns for EMEA impact using partner enablement assets (toolkits, value propositions, region-aligned content).
  • •Align channel marketing plans with regional sales priorities, participate in sales planning/QBRs, and coordinate to maximize pipeline contribution.
  • •Own EMEA partner communications, including partner newsletters, programme announcements, and timely regional translation of global updates and launches.
  • •Track and optimise performance against KPIs (pipeline contribution, MDF ROI, event outcomes, partner engagement) and refine programmes using data and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrable channel/partner marketing across EMEA.
  • •Strong understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem and routes to market (VARs, MSPs, systems integrators, distributors).
  • •Proven experience working closely with field sales teams on shared pipeline and revenue goals.
  • •Experience planning, executing, and measuring regional partner events and field marketing programmes.
  • •Hands-on experience managing or influencing MDF budgets and demonstrating ROI, plus proficiency with CRM and marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
