Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies by identifying client pain points and business objectives.
•Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations for the Workday HCM suite, resonating with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
•Use subject matter expertise to position the company using knowledge of the HCM product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
•Guide clients through technical and functional discovery sessions and build credible, evidence-based cases for solutions.
•Contribute to internal initiatives by providing feedback to product teams, creating sales enablement materials, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar role focused on enterprise-level HCM software.
•Proven ability to deliver persuasive and memorable product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Deep functional knowledge of core HCM processes, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, compensation, and payroll.
•Business-level Japanese and English to communicate effectively with customers and internal global teams.
