Job Summary

Design and deliver advanced service-delivery solutions for Dell’s Lifecycle Hub Operations team within Managed Services. You’ll coordinate with delivery, operations, vendors, and Dell Partners to support lifecycle warehousing and logistics services, monitor partner performance to key customer and financial metrics, and drive continuous process improvements. The role includes creating documentation and handover materials and managing reporting, data exchange, and B2B service support activities across customers, partners, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with delivery, operations, and vendors to identify pain points, resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance service delivery.
•Monitor and drive partner performance against key metrics (timeliness, quality, productivity, inventory control, and customer satisfaction).
•Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to maximize customer experience.
•Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and optimize vendor performance.
•Manage reporting, data exchange, and B2B service support activities in collaboration with customers, partners, and IT teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,400 - 158,400 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of related professional experience, typically with a Bachelor’s degree (or alternative combinations with a Master’s or PhD).
•Supply chain operations expertise with strong knowledge of forward and reverse logistics processes.
•Solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including best practices.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and similar data analysis and reporting tools.
•Strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate across organizational levels and cross-functional teams.
