Ethics Advisor

Act as the sole Ethics Advisor for Naval Ships, supporting the Ethics Manager to deliver the Ethical Conduct programme in line with the BAE Systems Business Strategy. Manage end-to-end ethical concerns, oversee and grow the Ethics Officers network, and drive ethical business conduct through reporting, training, and stakeholder engagement. Lead and resolve ethics cases independently, and champion the Code of Conduct through Business Integrity Training and ongoing ambassadorial activity.
