Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, select, and order equipment that is appropriate and cost effective for manufacturing company products.
  • •Oversee installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • •Study equipment performance, reliability, and failure trends to improve uptime, stability, and overall factory performance.
  • •Establish programs, corrective actions, and long-term solutions for equipment issues impacting the manufacturing process.
  • •Drive equipment problem-solving and improve preventive maintenance strategies, recovery procedures, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering degree.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment as an Equipment Engineering Tool Owner.
  • •Direct 300mm equipment engineering experience in CMP and/or Wet systems.
  • •Experience troubleshooting tool reliability, driving failure reduction, and improving long-term equipment performance.
  • •Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, SPC techniques, and cleanroom protocols.
