Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically supervise and validate maintenance work on critical mineral transport equipment.
  • •Lead advanced diagnostics for complex mechanical failures using root cause analysis methodologies.
  • •Monitor conveyor mechanical performance and identify failure trends to define corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Provide specialized technical advisory support to supervisors, foremen, and maintenance technicians.
  • •Plan and review technical shutdown activities by interpreting plans, hydraulic diagrams, OEM manuals, and procedures, then validate post-maintenance equipment performance and produce technical reports.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related field.
  • •15+ years of progressive industrial mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in mineral processing plants.
  • •10+ years of specific experience maintaining conveyor systems and associated equipment.
  • •At least 5 years leading work teams and providing advanced technical maintenance support.
  • •Proven capability in complex failure diagnostics, developing maintenance plans, and participating in plant shutdowns and RCFA.
