Job Summary

Join Ferguson’s warehouse team in Loves Park to safely operate a stand-up forklift, pick and prepare outbound customer orders, and move pallets and packages. You’ll use RF devices to scan, sort, and stage orders, accurately receive and stock incoming material, and maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free facility while following PPE and harness requirements.

•Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
•Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
•Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
•Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
•Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to safety regulations, including PPE and a safety harness (400 lbs max).

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
•High attention to detail and accuracy for receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking material.
•Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment with a positive, dependable work ethic.
•Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly and wear required safety gear.
•Self-starter who can learn the company’s systems quickly and improve process efficiencies.
