Job Summary

Serve as an embedded operations partner to Product Technology leadership, helping build operating rigor across Higher Education, School, Work, Core Platforms, and Content Operations. Own leadership operating cadences, operating calendars, executive decision logs, and action tracking. Drive roster/resource and organizational data quality (Smartsheet), support financial and vendor workflows, and produce dashboards and operational insights to improve leadership decision-making across a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and sustain Product Technology operating rhythms, leadership forums, planning cycles, retrospectives, and governance routines.
•Maintain an operating calendar connecting leadership meetings, financial planning, vendor cadences, roster updates, reporting timelines, and governance routines.
•Own roster and organizational data quality and governance for Product Technology in Smartsheet or related systems, including source-of-truth definitions and refresh schedules.
•Assist with budgeting and spend tracking, CapEx/Opex mapping, and operational follow-up for purchase orders, statements of work, invoices, and vendor engagements.
•Produce and continuously improve operational dashboards, metrics, and leadership reporting; convert workforce, vendor, financial, capacity, and portfolio data into decision-ready insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 81,600 - 141,800 annually

Key Requirements

•More than 10 years of experience in technology operations, business operations, program management, product operations, or a related area.
•Experience supporting senior technology, product, engineering, digital, or operations leadership teams.
•Proven ability to manage operating cadences, governance routines, dashboards, and data quality processes in cross-functional settings.
•Experience handling financial, workforce, vendor, contractor, or portfolio data within a technology organization.
•Strong analytical, communication, and collaborator management skills, with the ability to drive follow-through without direct authority.
