Universal Banker PT/20HR - Coral Town Plaza

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience in the branch. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, and educate customers on digital, self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Cross-trained to support sales and service by making outbound calls, identifying client needs, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities while following risk management and internal controls.
