Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims for USAA members using a virtual-first approach for inspections and estimating. Manage an assigned caseload, coordinate with vendors and internal partners, determine coverage concerns and SIU referrals, and accurately document claim files. Field adjust losses within the locally assigned territory (Fort Collins, CO), support CAT response, and handle tasks with attorney involvement as needed.
