Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture by being present with clients and teammates and recognizing impact on clients’ personal and financial journeys.
  • •Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Act as a resource to resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations, provide customized recommendations, and transition clients to a Banker when needed.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals; participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs while following compliance, audit, and security procedures.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience building current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources using tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience with cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
