Job Summary

Own end-to-end, multi-channel growth engagement campaigns—especially in-app content, email, and mobile push—by segmenting audiences, orchestrating journeys, QA’ing and deploying, and reporting performance. Use AI-assisted tooling (e.g., Claude and Braze AI features) to accelerate campaign briefs, content generation, and analysis. Partner with the Growth Engagement product team to improve marketing tooling, build new client journeys, and execute A/B tests to drive activation, retention, engagement, and cross-sell.

•Own day-to-day execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (in-app content, email, mobile push), including segmentation, orchestration, template building, QA, deployment, and performance reporting.
•Use AI tools to speed up QA, content generation, campaign briefs, reporting, and to build repeatable AI-powered workflows.
•Collaborate with the Growth Engagement product team to improve and expand marketing tooling and build new client journeys.
•Ideate and experiment with personalization and content variation tactics to drive activation, retention, engagement, and cross-sell.
•Analyze campaign/program performance, report on impact and learnings, and execute/analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 69,600 - 87,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-5 years hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze or Iterable preferred).
•1+ year coding for email, with strong HTML/CSS skills; SQL experience is a plus.
•Enthusiasm for using AI tools (e.g., Claude) in day-to-day marketing, including prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted QA.
•Strong understanding of audience segmentation across channels and campaigns.
•Experience analyzing campaign performance, reporting, and executing A/B tests, including experimental design ability.
