Job Summary

Provide highly skilled support to Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and clients by serving as a point of contact for servicing requests and handling day-to-day relationship support. Manage post-closing obligations, maintain loan and deposit client records, and coordinate processes like loan payoffs, collateral releases, wires, transfers, and overdraft communications. Partner with Treasury Management to onboard deposit accounts and treasury services, while delivering professional customer service and resolving client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Relationship Manager(s) with daily support for client relationships and keep them informed when appropriate.
•Act as the point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all client relationship servicing requests.
•Manage post-closing requirements such as exception citing's, collateral perfections, and covenant items.
•Coordinate onboarding of deposit accounts and treasury services with the Treasury Management team and route clients to appropriate servicing resources.
•Facilitate loan payoffs and collateral release requests, handle no-pin wires and transfers, and manage overdraft communication and decisioning.
