Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Relationship Manager(s) with daily support for client relationships and keep them informed when appropriate.
  • •Act as the point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all client relationship servicing requests.
  • •Manage post-closing requirements such as exception citing's, collateral perfections, and covenant items.
  • •Coordinate onboarding of deposit accounts and treasury services with the Treasury Management team and route clients to appropriate servicing resources.
  • •Facilitate loan payoffs and collateral release requests, handle no-pin wires and transfers, and manage overdraft communication and decisioning.
