Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously monitor GSOC platforms during assigned shifts, including access control, CCTV, visitor management, alarm management, and case management.
  • •Review system dashboards, event queues, and monitoring feeds to identify anomalies, faults, or patterns requiring review.
  • •Respond to security alarms and system-generated events per response protocols, triaging nuisance vs credible events and escalating appropriately.
  • •Process badge and physical access requests, verify identities/authorization, manage visitor system entries, and audit temporary access.
  • •Produce incident reports and maintain shift logs, complete documentation and handovers, and submit shift intelligence summaries when applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45,000 - 81,070 annually

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or a related field.
  • •Familiarity with physical security technologies such as surveillance systems, access control platforms, and incident management tools.
  • •Strong procedural discipline to follow complex SOPs accurately under pressure.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and produce clear, factual incident reports.
