Technical Program Manager, Human Data Annotation (Code)

Lead and scale human data annotation operations for the Code team, translating code research needs into operational annotation campaigns. Own end-to-end campaign execution (scoping through delivery) while balancing data requirements, budget, and timelines. Manage a data quality assurance team and implement scalable automated/manual quality controls. Coordinate with annotation partners and contractors across sourcing, onboarding/training, and performance monitoring to accelerate research execution.
