  • •Create strategic and operational objectives and establish product governance frameworks, standards, and controls across the CL & E&S portfolio.
  • •Lead product development, forms management, regulatory filings, and product maintenance, ensuring accurate documentation and implementation across systems and workflows.
  • •Provide full management accountability for staff, including talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, and capability building.
  • •Lead a high-volume product management organization by setting and monitoring operational performance metrics, service levels, throughput, and quality standards; drive simplification, standardization, and automation.
  • •Champion adoption of technology, automation, and artificial intelligence solutions across product management processes.

  • •Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives.
