Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning and execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing to meet production and contractual objectives
  • •Collaborate with project team and Client to maintain positive relationships and ensure alignment
  • •Oversee development of commissioning deliverables and systemization/ system boundary mark-ups
  • •Participate in engineering design reviews (HAZOP, P&IDs, SIL, Model reviews) and scheduling of commissioning activities
  • •Supervise commissioning team personnel, subcontractors, and client personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and successful start-up

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • •15-20 years of oil and gas experience with major contractor or consultant
  • •In-depth understanding of commissioning, completions, and training; basic knowledge of construction and operations & maintenance
  • •Experience in chemical, refinery, or oil & gas facilities (min 5 years)
  • •Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up experience on at least 3 major EPC projects
