Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the product roadmap for Financial Planning aligned with the Finance Technology strategy.
  • •Build and optimize an integrated planning platform aligned to the One Finance strategy, including AI-driven planning and scenario modeling.
  • •Lead retirement of legacy BPC planning capabilities and migration to future-state planning solutions.
  • •Partner with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Regional Finance, HR Finance, and business unit leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • •Lead Agile product delivery, manage implementation partners/vendors, and drive user adoption, training, and change management across finance organizations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in FP&A technology, EPM product management, or financial planning transformation.
  • •Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle EPM, or similar platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and performance management processes.
  • •Experience supporting or leading workstreams within large-scale global finance transformation initiatives.
  • •Ability to influence senior business stakeholders and drive adoption of new planning capabilities across global teams.
