Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for both FOH and BOH to meet daily requirements and service standards
  • •Ensure staff training is completed before opening and whenever needed to maintain operation excellence
  • •Collaborate with executive chef and bartender to develop new menus and beverage lists, ensuring smooth kitchen-restaurant communications
  • •Monitor purchases, inventory, and administration; ensure expenses stay within budget and reports are generated (P&L, budgets, sales)
  • •Lead PR and marketing efforts to maximize exposure, footfall, and revenue across restaurant levels

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations and ensuring day-to-day restaurant performance
  • •Ability to train staff prior to opening and during operations to maintain service standards
  • •Coordinate with related parties during pre-opening phase to ensure staffing, training, stocking, budgeting, marketing plans, and opening readiness
  • •Experience coordinating with executive chef and bartenders for menu development and beverage lists, ensuring smooth communications between restaurant and kitchen
  • •Manage profit and loss, control expenses within budget, and achieve revenues and sales targets across the restaurant
