Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans for upcoming projects to ensure seamless opening phases.
•Coordinate cross-departmental efforts including construction, operations, training, and safety teams to align readiness goals.
•Conduct readiness assessments and audits to identify risks and operational gaps, deploying mitigation strategies accordingly.
•Lead the development and delivery of training programs to prepare operational teams and support staff.
•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational readiness and track progress.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operational readiness or operations management, ideally within the entertainment, hospitality, or large infrastructure projects.
•Proven leadership capabilities in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project environments.
•Strong analytical skills with experience in readiness assessment, risk management, and process optimization.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
