Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Payroll Analyst team to prepare, validate, and reconcile payroll data for the specified countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • •Perform pre- and post-processing checks to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies before payroll is finalized.
  • •Collaborate with payroll vendors to troubleshoot issues, resolve variances, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • •Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries through the case management tool with accurate, timely support.
  • •Identify and recommend scalable process improvements and maintain payroll process documentation; contribute to payroll projects and system enhancements/testing in the ASIA region.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of payroll processing experience in Asia region.
  • •Solid knowledge of statutory payroll requirements, including taxes, social security, and government reporting for each supported country.
  • •Experience with Workday Payroll or a similar HRIS/payroll system, with ability to learn new technologies.
  • •Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) to analyze and reconcile payroll data.
  • •Familiarity with case management tools and metrics to track and improve service delivery.
