Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide work shift coverage for major repair skills across production equipment.
  • •Document all maintenance work performed and maintenance work orders (MWOs) as necessary.
  • •Collaborate with maintenance, process, and production personnel to solve equipment and production issues.
  • •Monitor parts usage and inventory, ensuring efficient material utilization to minimize waste and production downtime.
  • •Support planned maintenance programs, lead inside/outside resources for projects, and maintain production equipment effectiveness and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to rebuild or overhaul production and service equipment and work on assigned tasks/projects under the maintenance manager.
  • •Must comply with safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards, including proper PPE and reporting unsafe conditions.
  • •In-depth, advanced troubleshooting skills for mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and operational systems (e.g., HVAC, chilled water, heating, automation, extrusion, ECT).
  • •Ability to document maintenance work performed and complete maintenance work orders (MWOs) as necessary.
  • •Ability to fabricate needed parts or structures using in-house equipment and support planned maintenance effectiveness.
