Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily cash flow requests, including AML checks, approvals, payment execution, payment confirmations, and posting cash transactions.
  • •Process daily trade settlement for clients.
  • •Work with clients to resolve cash breaks and wire payment issues.
  • •Coordinate connectivity with client banks, custodians, and prime brokers through SWIFT.
  • •Communicate with IT to test and implement enhancements, administer account implementations, and support ad-hoc projects and trainings.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of financial services experience, preferably involving P&L, price verification, and risk-related processes.
  • •Experience with hedge funds and/or investment management and strong familiarity with financial services operations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a quantitative discipline (Master’s degree an advantage).
  • •Strong exposure to equity or credit and complex derivatives/products (e.g., OTC & FX options, TRS, CDS, synthetic CDOs).
  • •Excellent English communication skills and strong analytical/numerical reasoning, with deep understanding of process improvement.
