Serve as the subject matter expert for security, functional, and workflow requirements tied to major contracts. Assess customer needs and contracted scope, identify deltas, and define measurable product requirements and draft statements of work. Coordinate delivery across Product Management, Product Ownership, Engineering, Sales/Presales, and Deployment to meet contractual deadlines, manage risks, and support field execution and customer sign-off.

•Act as subject matter expert for security, functional, and workflow requirements tied to major contracts and engage with customers and regulatory authorities to capture compliance needs.
•Translate contractual language into precise, measurable product requirements, non-functional specifications, and acceptance criteria, using Generative AI for drafting and compliance checking.
•Define draft statements of work (SOW) for required product development, using AI-driven insights to estimate complexity and risk, and ensure scope meets contractual requirements.
•Track and coordinate progress of contractual and compliance work across Product Management, Product Ownership, and Engineering, using AI agent-based reporting for real-time risk and progress visualization.
•Coordinate with Deployment to ensure seamless field execution and customer sign-off, providing early warning on risks or delays.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in business analysis, technical analyst, product analyst, program manager, product manager, or product owner roles within the software industry.
•Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
•Ability to obtain required background clearance for work in high-security areas.
•Exceptional ability to use AI-driven insights for compliance checking and to distill complex data for executive and technical audiences.
•Strong written communication, including proficiency in Context Authoring and prompt engineering for drafting requirements and documentation.
