Job Summary

Deliver exceptional, Five-Star spa experiences by performing high-quality massage, facial, and manicure/pedicure treatments for guests. Maintain service standards across the ReFIVE Spa, keep treatment areas clean and well-organized, manage appointments and inventory, and report equipment issues. Collaborate with hotel teams to support seamless operations, handle guest concerns professionally, and assist in training new spa therapists while staying updated on spa techniques and trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform spa treatments to ensure guests’ utmost comfort and a bespoke Five-Star experience.
•Maintain high service standards and review appointments after each treatment to ensure punctuality and a tranquil atmosphere.
•Keep work areas immaculately clean and manage inventory of supplies used in treatment rooms.
•Report dysfunctional equipment to the Spa Manager and ensure compliance with professional licenses and policies.
•Collaborate with other departments to support seamless operations; handle guest complaints professionally and assist in training/mentoring new therapists.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 2,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in award-winning hospitality establishments.
•Graduate of an accredited school with a massage, face, and manicure/pedicure license (or a combination license).
•Understanding of spa industry applications and/or spa software (a plus).
•Committed to following local and corporate policies and procedures.
•Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
