Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite day-to-day HSE support for local site personnel and serve as the people leader for the local HSE.
  • •Act as the primary subject-matter expert for HSE topics, including emergency preparedness, environmental compliance, industrial safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Partner with operational leaders, project managers, and field teams to develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs, risk assessments, and improvement initiatives.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and conformance to internal HSE policies and standards.
  • •Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action processes to prevent recurrence, while managing HSE performance across KPIs and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a Health, Safety and/or Environmental-related field, Engineering, or Sciences.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in direct HSE roles, preferably supporting manufacturing operations and field-based teams.
  • •Experience managing large HSE programs with environmental regulatory requirements, including major incident investigations and other risk management activities.
  • •Technical knowledge of relevant HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and guide operational leaders.
