Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead long-range, annual, and quarterly planning cycles with executive leadership.
  • •Build and scale a high-performing Strategic Finance team that serves as a trusted thought partner.
  • •Develop and maintain robust financial models for corporate strategy, scenario planning, and key investments.
  • •Establish and improve processes and systems for forecasting, performance reporting, and budget management.
  • •Define, track, and analyze key business metrics and support strategic decisions, including M&A, capital markets, and investor relations.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital, or strategic finance at a high-growth tech company.
  • •2+ years in leadership roles with experience hiring, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
  • •Expert-level financial modeling skills and strong understanding of GAAP financial statements.
  • •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred; MBA a plus.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence executives and investors through data-driven insights in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
