Supervisor Mechanic

Oversee and execute fleet line maintenance activities, including third-party maintenance, while supervising maintenance staff and ensuring proper manpower planning. Prepare and manage BSI and compressor-wash equipment, perform borescope and engine-wash tasks per AMM, evaluate findings, and write detailed reports. Conduct scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and Thales system modifications, troubleshoot and rectify defects, release aircraft to service, and travel with BSI equipment to outer stations for inspections.
