Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and verify equipment and materiel turned in from Army units, including checking turn-in documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • •Assist with inspection and condition coding of items before storage or disposition.
  • •Coordinate staging and movement of items into designated warehouse or yard areas, and store/organize items in accordance with Army supply procedures.
  • •Maintain accountability through location surveys, bin checks, and cyclic inventories; perform segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, HAZMAT, and sensitive items.
  • •Operate forklifts/pallet jacks and update property transactions in Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) while supporting audits and property accountability reviews (PARs).

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of warehouse, supply, or logistics experience (Army or contractor preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Army turn-in and supply procedures and Army supply/property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-21).
  • •Working knowledge of Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, LMP, and DPAS.
  • •Ability to read and process Army documentation (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) with strong recordkeeping.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to operate forklifts/MHE safely (forklift certification OF 346 preferred).
