Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals using ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Engage customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment; build client relationships daily.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.
  • •Execute front and back-of-house procedures in line with company policy, including supporting shipment processing and product flow.

Key Requirements
