Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ownership of production test activities and ensure production test flow, including hands-on troubleshooting for complex electrical issues.
  • •Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, from system checkouts and acceptance testing to component-level validation.
  • •Improve and sustain test systems to increase automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage; optimize test strategies without compromising quality.
  • •Generate test work instructions for technicians in MES, train technicians on equipment use, and build a library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides/diagrams.
  • •Analyze test data, document results, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions (RCCA); collaborate with design and quality teams for returns and failure analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of relevant industry experience focused on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Experience with contract manufacturers testing PCBA/electronic assemblies and PCBA testing standards and methods.
  • •Familiarity with Linux (including Ubuntu), LabVIEW, and NixOS.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
