Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the FSI growth strategy for Spain, focusing on priority accounts and high-value transformation opportunities
•Lead territory planning, account coverage, segmentation, and commercial governance while building a qualified, predictable pipeline
•Drive C-level engagement and strategic account development, positioning Avanade as a transformation partner
•Provide commercial leadership and team direction, leading multidisciplinary pursuit teams and senior-level deal qualification and win strategy
•Mobilize internal teams and partner ecosystems (Microsoft and Accenture) to run joint pursuits and strengthen Avanade’s visibility in the market

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in business development, complex sales, or strategic account leadership within consulting, technology services, or systems integration
•Strong exposure to Financial Services in the Spanish market, ideally across banking, insurance, or capital markets
•Proven track record originating, shaping, and closing strategic, transformation-led, large-scale deals
•Ability to define market strategy, make commercial choices, and build qualified, executive-backed pipeline
•Experience leading sales teams and coordinating extended teams across offerings, delivery, and alliances
