Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of large-scale IT and digital transformation programs across DHCM, cross-vertical teams, and partners.
  • •Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs, including defining plans, schedules, governance frameworks, and project reporting/PMO standards.
  • •Ensure robust risk management by identifying, mitigating, and escalating critical risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • •Partner with business and IT leaders to influence IT strategy and align program portfolios to strategic enterprise priorities.
  • •Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, and technical teams; oversee enterprise architecture alignment and end-to-end integrations while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ IT program and project management experience in large enterprise environments.
  • •Strong expertise in enterprise applications, including CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Maximo), contact center platforms (Genesys), and RPA.
  • •Experience supporting IT demand management, program delivery, and enterprise architecture for complex technology initiatives.
  • •Hands-on with project management and collaboration tools such as SPM, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint, plus audit/compliance and budget management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or PgMP (or a master’s degree) is highly preferred.
