Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cargo warehouse operation and freighter ramp at assigned station(s) as the main point of contact for operational matters.
  • •Drive and improve freighter OTP through ramp coordination/supervision of freighter operations.
  • •Plan and support complex passenger or freighter cargo loads, including on-the-job training and coaching for GHA staff.
  • •Conduct regular inspections to ensure cargo operations are safe and secure and comply with safety (SMS), security, and company procedures.
  • •Raise PR/PO/GRN in SAP as required and verify supplier invoices per contract; escalate medium or higher-level risks to management.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years cargo operations experience or equivalent capacity.
  • •Conversant with cargo handling processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance expectations.
  • •High standard of verbal and written English.
  • •Good understanding of computer airfreight specifications.
  • •Industry training in Dangerous Goods, Cargo Operations, Security, Quality, or Auditor trainings is an advantage.
