  • •Develop and implement strategies to support new engine programs and improve product and service quality.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, marketing, business development, and customer service to define, monitor, and influence new engine program requisites and deliverables.
  • •Ensure compliance with OEM Product Support Agreements by proactively managing commitments and mitigating risk.
  • •Lead product and commercial offerings, including DPHM services, retrofit programs, in-service product campaigns, and commercial support initiatives.
  • •Support financial reviews, develop strategies to improve business performance, optimize operating costs, and leverage digital connectivity for predictive analytics and proactive customer support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong project management skills and business sense.
  • •Good technical and product knowledge of engines, including engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes.
  • •Previous direct customer and OEM experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access; available for occasional travel.
