Job Summary

Lead enterprise data architecture for client engagements, defining architectural frameworks, operating models, and governance for end-to-end data management across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Partner with Data Solution Architects and engineering teams to shape high-value data architecture strategy and TOM services, drive go-to-market propositions, and support pre-sales activities. Deliver complex architecture projects, stay current on evolving practices, and lead cross-functional teams across on/near/far shore.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the creation of go-to-market propositions and services in data architecture.
•Support client partners and practice leads in pre-sales activities.
•Lead complex client engagements and deliver data architecture projects as a go-to practitioner.
•Define and deliver data architecture frameworks, including end-to-end architectures and the link between business, technology, and data architectures.
•Lead and develop architecture teams (on/near/far shore) and stay current on data architecture evolution to share with the Data & Intelligence practice.

Key Requirements

•8+ years data architecture experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across multiple sectors with a proven delivery track record.
•Cloud-native data architecture expertise, including hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, data lakes, real-time streaming, and infrastructure-as-code.
•End-to-end data lifecycle mastery from ingestion to consumption, including governance, security, and both batch and real-time processing.
•Presales and business development experience supporting opportunity qualification, bid reviews, proposal development, and client-facing sales activities.
•Minimum of 5 years experience in data, consulting, analytics, or a related function involving quantitative data analysis; plus a university degree/BSc in Computer Science, Information Management, or IT.
